Personal Classes

Personal classes are for those with special requirements, and are conducted at Yoga Vihara by our teachers or therapists with utmost care and attention. House visits are also available for an additional charge.

There are two main categories of personal classes, depending on your individual requirements.

We have a policy of only accepting patients whose ailments our therapists feel can be cured or better managed via yoga therapy. Please approach our therapists for more details.
