Bespoke – We believe that yoga as therapy should be taught respecting the individual. Every body is different and has different influences and thus different needs. Our teachers have accumulated vast experience through the years to be able to identify and cater to this need.
Cozy yet Spacious – A close knit community of individuals sharing our cozy space in the quest for physical, mental & emotional wellness. Our spacious studio, on the other hand, affords everyone in class a generous amount of private space to stretch their physical limits without having someone else’s foot in their face. Covid or not, we are spacious enough for your comfort and SAFETY!
Depth of Knowledge – Effective as the physical practice of yoga asanas is to our well-being, it is but one of several elements of the holistic science of yoga. Our teachers are well-versed in all aspects of yoga and would be more than happy to share our knowledge with all on the same path.
