Class Recommendation(s)
For Amateur Practitioners or Returning Practitioners (after injury or long gap of practice):
- Monday 6.45pm-7.45pm Hatha Yoga (B), or
- Friday 7pm-8pm Hatha Yoga Stretch.
For Absolute Beginners: We are currently not accepting absolute beginners in our group classes. Would recommend absolute beginners to try out 1-on-1 private lessons (Promo rate!) for best learning experience.
