Trial Class Booking

I want to attend a trial group class to experience authentic Hatha Yoga!

Class Recommendation(s)

For Amateur Practitioners or Returning Practitioners (after injury or long gap of practice):

      • Monday 6.15pm-7.15pm Hatha Yoga (B),
      • Friday 7pm-8pm Hatha Yoga Stretch.

For Absolute Beginners: We are currently not accepting absolute beginners in our group classes. Would recommend absolute beginners to try out private classes for best learning experience.

I understand that a trial group class is $25, but will be complimentary if I sign up for a group class package.
